2022 Rookie of the Year
The Rookie of the Year Award will be based on the rookie’s first 12 months of performance in real estate. Members will be eligible for this award the year in which their first anniversary falls from the original date they joined Northwest Ohio REALTORS®. To be eligible for this year’s award, the applicant must have joined NOR between the dates of September 1, 2020 and August 30, 2021 AND completed their first full transactional year between the dates of September 1, 2021 and August 30, 2022. Applicants that have actively sold real estate in prior years or with another Board shall be ineligible. Applicants must currently be active in the real estate profession and a member in good standing with Northwest Ohio REALTORS®. Applications Must Be Submitted By October 14 2022
Applicants may attach to the back of the completed application letters of reference or other documents that they wish the review committee to consider in making its final decision.
In an effort to recognize REALTORS® who are well rounded, five different categories are evaluated in determining the recipient of NOR’s Rookie of the Year. The applicant’s number of transactions, sales volume, REALTOR® education, community involvement, and NOR involvement are each worth 20% of the overall score.
(EXAMPLE: If you joined NOR on 11/1/2019 your first year would be completed as of 11/1/2020. All transactions, education, and volunteer items that fell between these dates would qualify to be included on the application for this award. If you joined NOR on 2/1/2020 your full year would end 2/1/2021.)
