Describe current and past community involvement:
Monica is the founder of the Toledo Community Coat Drive which provides new/gently used coats, hats, scarves, gloves to Rosa Parks Elementary. She was also involved with Read for Literacy from 2014-2015. Monica also works with Hood Stock, a non-profit organization that provides school supplies to inner-city and low-income children.

Monica assists in targeting community services to LMI (low or moderate-income) buyers by providing First Time Home Buyer classes. She also assists in promoting economic development by promoting homeownership in LMI areas by using CRA Community Development loans (zero downpayment or down payment assistance programs). She was also featured in 2020 PropertySpark as #1 agent in Toledo on social media.

Monica is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Academy and has been a pre-licensing instructor at Hondros College of Business since 2019.
Why does Monica wish to be a Director:
After being a full-time Realtor for nearly 15 years, Monica has experienced and learned so much that she would like to give back to others what she has learned. As an advocate and leader within the African-American community, Monica hopes that her involvement with NOR will encourage others to get involved.
