Question: Once I have an accepted offer on my listing, how many days do I have to change the status of my active listing to either “Contingent” or “Pending” in the MLS?

Answer: When you have an accepted offer on your Active listing in the MLS, you have five (5) calendar day (includes weekends and holidays) to change the status to “Contingent” (if the offer is contingent on anything) or to ” Pending” (if there are no contingencies on the offer).
Once the property has closed, you also have five (5) calendar days to change the status to “Sold”
