Committee chairs meet in January to select committee members and will contact you within the month.
Community Service Committee
The Community Service Committee is dedicated to strengthening the connection between REALTORS® and the communities they serve by organizing volunteer initiatives, charitable efforts, and service projects that reflect the REALTOR® commitment to leadership, compassion, and civic responsibility.
The committee’s goal is to enhance the quality of life in local neighborhoods, promote goodwill, and position REALTORS® as trusted, engaged community partners.
Housing Opportunity Committee
The Homeownership Opportunity Committee is committed to advancing equitable access to housing and homeownership opportunities for all individuals, regardless of income, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, military service, ability, age, religion, or family status.
Through education, outreach, and policy initiatives, the Homeownership Opportunity Committee promotes a future where everyone could access safe, affordable, and fair housing.
Legislative and Government Affairs Committee
The Legislative and Government Affairs Committee is established to monitor, evaluate, and influence public policy and legislation affecting the real estate industry, private property rights, and the interests of REALTOR® members and the clients they serve. The committee acts as the advocacy arm of the association, working to ensure that members are well-represented at the local, state, and national levels of government.
Major Investor Council
The RPAC Major Investor Council cultivates, stewards, and retains Major Investors by delivering a first-class experience—from initial commitment through renewal—so that RPAC has the leadership, resources, and continuity needed to protect homeownership and the real estate industry.
Member Engagement Committee
The Member Engagement Committee is dedicated to equipping members with tools for success, fostering strong connections within the real estate community, and building a pipeline of future leaders. The committee works to increase member participation in events, education, and leadership programs while ensuring every member understands and experiences the full value of their association membership.
NORRPAC Fundraising Committee
The Northwest Ohio REALTORS® RPAC Fundraising Committee serves as the fundraising arm of the association. Its purpose is to protect and promote the real estate industry by encouraging voluntary member contributions to RPAC, educating members about the importance of political advocacy, and supporting candidates who champion REALTOR® priorities at the local, state, and national levels.
