Catylist

Northwest Ohio REALTORS^® has partnered with Catylist, to empower commercial professionals by increasing market exposure of commercial listings to brokers and the general public. In addition, the Akron/Cleveland Association of Realtors, Columbus Realtors, Dayton Realtors and the Cincinnati Board of REALTORS have chosen Catylist for their Commercial Information Exchanges.

The CIE system gives commercial practitioners all the benefits of local control and national exposure. In addition to properties in Northwest Ohio, the CIE also extends nationally through Catylist’s expansive network of commercial listing services. Their technology is always evolving based on subscriber suggestions and works great on all browsers and mobile devices. The CIE is more than just a listing service. It’s a networking, communication, and collaboration platform. Unlike a traditional Multiple Listing Service (MLS), a CIE includes an inventory of ALL properties whether they are listed for sale or not. Another distinction is that the CIE does not require an offer of compensation. That issue will be negotiated between brokers.
