COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

I am deeply committed to serving both my local and professional communities. Currently, I serve as Secretary of the Quarry Homeowners Association, here I help oversee community initiatives and neighborhood engagement. I am also actively involved in my children’s school, St. Joseph, Maumee, supporting various school programs and events. Within Northwest Ohio REALTORS®, I have held multiple positions over the years, contributing to the growth and professionalism of our real-estate community. I also participate regularly in community outreach programs supported by the association including building beds for kids with Let’s Build Beds and playhouses through Habitat for Humanity. In addition to my volunteer efforts, I am a proud financial supporter of several local initiatives such as The Danberry Treasure Chest, RPAC, Special Spaces, Maumee Youth and Team Recovery Toledo. Giving back to the community that I live and work in is something that I value and strive to make a positive impact.

FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT EXPERIENCE

Before starting my career in Real Estate for 25 years I worked in the retail industry. I successfully ran multiple retail locations including Victoria’s Secret, Coach Stores and LensCrafters. I was responsible for the overall productivity and bottom-line sales of the locations. I was also responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and development of my teams.

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS EXPERIENCE

This past year I sat as Vice Chair of the Legislative and Government Affairs Committee. I also serve as the Secretary of my HOA.

I am a strong communicator who values collaboration, transparency, and building positive relationships.

As a business owner, I am a strategic planner who focuses on setting clear goals, anticipating challenges and creating effective solutions to drive growth.

I am always challenging myself to learn new tools and systems by getting involved and staying on top of trends.

REAL ESTATE TRENDS EXPERIENCE

I feel I stay up to date on real estate trends by actively participating in industry events, educational programs and professional development programs through NOR and Ohio REALTORS®. I also monitor market data, policy changes, and emerging technologies to ensure I remain informed.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

As stated in prior questions I have run multiple retail locations, I am the Secretary of my HOA and a Mentor to new agents at Danberry.
