(Maumee, OH – October 15, 2025) — The Northwest Ohio housing market showed continued strength in September, with both listings and sales climbing across single-family and condo segments.
Single-family home new listings increased 18.8% and closed sales rose 12.1% year-over-year, while the median sales price climbed to $206,000 — a 5.6% gain. Total dollar volume reached $185.6 million, up 17.2% from last year, reflecting strong market demand.
The condo/villa market also posted gains, with median prices up 7% to $265,450 and sales volume up 8.8%. Overall, both buyers and sellers are benefiting from a more balanced market, where inventory is expanding but pricing remains competitive.
“Northwest Ohio’s housing market continues to perform exceptionally well,” said Megan Foos, CEO of Northwest Ohio REALTORS®. “We’re seeing steady price growth, healthy inventory, and consistent buyer activity — signs of a stable and sustainable market heading into the end of the year.”
