Coming Soon listings are now being sent directly from the MLS to all websites that have been authorized to receive listing data from MATRIX. This includes Zillow Group, dotloop, Realtor.com, Homesnap, Broker and Agent websites.

Question: Can I advertise my Coming Soon Listing that is in the MLS?
Answer: Yes you can advertise a Coming Soon Listing. Your advertisement must show/say that the property is “Coming Soon”. Make sure to check with your Broker on additional advertising laws.
