Question: How can I put in a non-branded virtual tour?

Answer: On the input screen, go to the “Remarks & Showing Info” tab. Scroll down and you will see the “Non-Branded Virtual Tour URL” Copy & paste the URL here.

Section 4.4 – PROMOTION OF ANY COMPANY AND/OR AGENT IN MLS: Any additional promotion of any Company and/or Agent whether by stating the name of any Company, the Agent’s name, the telephone number, fax, Email or URL is only allowed in confidential areas of the MLS listing (i.e., Agent Remarks, Private Remarks) and not allowed in areas viewed by the consumer. The appearance of all or a part of a for sale sign in a MLS photo, virtual tour, video is strictly prohibited. The use of or appearance of people or person(s) in an MLS photo(s) or virtual tour(s) submitted to the Multiple Listing Service is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the imposition of a fine as set forth in Section 7(b). We will provide you with a 1st and 2nd Courtesy notices in order to give you the time to fix the listing data. After the courtesy notice period if the information is not corrected MLS staff will remove the branded information and a fine will be assessed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine as set forth in Section 7(b). The inclusion of a builder’s name in the Remarks section shall not be a violation of this section provided that the builder is not a NORIS participant. (Amended 7-1-2010) (Amended 4-9-2020)
