Why does Stephanie wish to be a Director:
Stephanie has enjoyed becoming more involved in the Northwest Ohio Realtors over the past few years and being one of the inaugural class members in the Leadership Academy. Additionally, understanding the importance of RPAC and the legislative issues impacting our profession. She is particularly concerned about changes that may result from the upcoming election in 2020. She is also impressed with what she sees as a new level of professionalism in Real Estate since she started many years ago and hopes to continue that trend. She also feels that the Commercial Realtors need additional representation and education opportunities and would like to be a part of making that happen. She’d like to see additional continuing ed focused on commercial real estate.

From a personal perspective, her children are all in college or beyond and she is looking forward to achieving some of her personal professional goals and being able to be more involved in the local real estate leadership. She has greatly enjoyed getting to know members of the NOR staff and feels like they are headed in such a great direction. She enjoys working with Megan on RPAC and some of the other activities and looks forward to doing more!

Stephanie thinks her experience as a residential Realtor for over 20 years starting with Cavalear Realty in 1989 and at Danberry Residential starting in 2002 and then her commercial Realtor® experience with Danberry Commercial and now the NAI Harmon Group give her a full view of the challenges facing the entire membership. She is looking forward to bringing over 30 years of residential and commercial experience to the board!
