Why do you want to serve as a Director?
I want to represent my fellow agents on issues that impact their daily work. I handle a significant amount of transaction volume and believe I can bring some insight to the table that will hopefully improve process and policy.

Community Involvement:
Currently a volunteer for the Miracle League of Findlay. Last year, my wife and I were the annual campaign chairs for the Findlay YMCA. I actively participate in numerous events for local non-profits including Children’s Mentoring, Braden Kramer Foundation, Findlay High School and Special Olympics. I am also a major donor/sponsor for various organizations.
Financial Oversight Experience:
As the team leader, I am responsible for managing all team expenses. In my past career, I was the general manager for a large retail chain. I managed day-to-day financials in addition to being responsible for overall store performance. I was also asked to handle turnaround situations for the company which involved significant financial oversight.
Communications Experience:
My team leader position requires constant communication with team members. I hold weekly team meetings that include sales training and communication skills training.
Strategic Planning Experience:
Every year, I develop a strategic plan for our team and my business. In past roles, I was also responsible for the strategy of our store and others in Northwest Ohio.
Technology Experience:
I consider myself adept with the technology needed in real estate.
Real Estate Trends Experience:
I personally invest significant dollars each year in training and subscriptions to real estate outlets. I consider myself to be on top of today’s trends.
Leadership Experience:
As a previous general manager and currently as a team leader, I have significant time and experience in this area.
