STRATEGIC PLANNING EXPERIENCE
I am a forward thinker and have a track record of contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans that drive organizational growth and success. Previously, I functioned as a stakeholder for the Strategic Decision Committee for the University of Toledo Physicians Group. I assisted in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and overall decisions for the entity. I also became a committee member for Strategic Ambulatory Development for Standardization of Call Centers and EMR Role Definition, where planning was rolled out, and was trained in lean management.

I possess a strong financial background and have managed budgets and financial resources effectively. I am confident in my ability to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability. I managed and organized internal control projects with annual and capital budgets of $5 million+ while achieving a 24% profit margin for FY17 as the Clinic Manager at UTMC.

COMMUNICATIONS EXPERIENCE
Provided operations management of 11 specialty clinics with 50 employees and 150 indirect reports while directing a call center. Constant communication was needed for oversight of a smooth process.
REAL ESTATE TRENDS EXPERIENCE
I actively follow the diverse real estate market by educating myself on industry trends and market data. The current NAR vs. DOJ lawsuit claiming to have violated antitrust laws could possibly change the industry commission standard. This is pertinent information to follow as an active Realtor.
Market data for Ohio states the number of homes for September has decreased since last year at this time, while average price increases. The slowing of homes to market and the increase in interest rates have some buyers hesitant to take action.
TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE
- Implemented a new EMR, and assisted employees with the changeover in the clinic.
- Organized and taught a Foundations of Success course to classes averaging 25 students online as an adjunct professor.
- Managed mass email marketing communications for the university.

I have served in leadership roles in various capacities, where I’ve demonstrated my ability to lead and inspire teams, develop strategic plans, and make crucial decisions.
