With a background in business and a passion for community development, I believe that serving on the board will provide me with a unique platform to leverage my skills and experience for the betterment of NW Ohio. I am dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and innovation within the organization, and I aim to contribute my strategic thinking, leadership, and unwavering dedication to ensuring the board fulfills its mission to serve and empower.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

My community involvement has been a cornerstone of my commitment to making a positive impact. I’ve had the privilege of volunteering at St. Pius X School, where I’ve dedicated my time to supporting educational initiatives and extracurricular activities, helping to nurture a thriving and inclusive learning environment for students. Additionally, my role as a volunteer fitness instructor at LB’s CircuitTraining has allowed me to promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle in our community. By leading fitness classes, I’ve not only encouraged physical well-being but have also fostered a sense of camaraderie and motivation among participants. Beyond this, my work with Equality Toledo has been a vital part of my community involvement. As a volunteer, I’ve actively advocated for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusivity, participating in events, campaigns, and educational initiatives to raise awareness and promote equality for all. These experiences have deepened my sense of community and reinforced my commitment to contributing to positive social change in diverse ways.

My leadership abilities have been honed through a diverse range of experiences, exemplified by my tenure as the High School Class President. Moreover, in 2023, I assumed the position of DEI Committee Chair for Northwest Ohio Realtors, where I led a dynamic group of professionals, managed critical decisions, and spearheaded initiatives that bolstered the real estate community in our region. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration, negotiation, and strategic thinking in a leadership capacity. Additionally, my participation in the 2023 Leadership Academy equipped me with advanced skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and visionary thinking, making me well-prepared to take on the challenges and responsibilities of serving on the Board of Directors for Northwest Ohio Realtors.
