Getting Involved with NWORealtors®
RPAC Committee
This committee meets 2-3 times a year to brainstorm ways to increase RPAC participation and plan the Spring Fling and Legislative Breakfast. Committee members must contribute to RPAC and be willing to encourage members to contribute and attend events with them.
New Member Orientation Task Force
This task force will meet up to 2 times to evaluate the existing New Member Orientation Program and if necessary brainstorm ways to improve this program. New members are encouraged to participate and share what has worked and what information you wish we had shared with you.
Leadership Development Task Force
This task force will meet 3-4 times to develop processes for identifying future leaders and create a leadership development program.
“Let’s Go” Committee
After an introductory meeting this committee will interact via email. Committee members commit to reaching out to 10 new members (or members who don’t regularly attend an event) and ask him/her to be their guest at the event. The goal is to increase event participation and encourage networking amongst members.
Community Reaching Out Committee
This committee will meet up to 4 times a year. The goal of this committee is to find ways to heighten community investment by organizing human resources or fundraising for the benefit of local charitable/community organizations.
Annual Business Meeting Task Force
This task force will meet once to evaluate the existing Annual Business Meeting Format and offer recommendations to increase attendance.
NOR Awards Task Force
This task force will meet up to two times to evaluate our existing Awards (REALTOR of the Year, Citizen of the Year and Affiliate of the Year) programs and make recommendations to enhance the involvement in the programs.
