Describe current and past community involvement:
Binger volunteered as the Logistics Director for International Services of Hope in Perrysburg (ISOH Impact). He has lead numerous mission trips to Mexico and Central America to distribute food and build housing and orphanages.
Financial Oversight Experience:
Binger oversees the financial aspects of his team/company and of the numerous mission trips to Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua and Guatemala.
Government Affairs Experience: Binger is proud to be a registered voter.
Communications Experience:
Binger is a very strong communicator. He believes communication is one of the absolute most important attributes of being a safe pilot. It is also necessary to be a strong communicator to coach agents around the country and to run a successful real estate team.
Strategic Planning Experience:
Every year, Bingers does strategic planning for his business and team. He also coaches/teaches agents around the country how to strategically plan in their business to become successful in the real estate industry.
Technology Experience:
Binger is a real estate coach with Jared James Coaching and teaches agents around the country many real estate tech platforms. He has taken over 500 hours of CE/Additional education over the past five years and he is a multi-engine pilot, which requires knowledge in technology.
Real Estate Trends Experience:
Binger follows the real estate trends of the local area via the MLS, and Nationally via NOR and Inman. He believes it is important to keep up with real estate trends when coaching agents from around the US and locally.
Leadership Experience:
His leadership experience includes running The Binger Show Team, coaching agents with Jared James Coaching, and also includes acting as the Director of Missions for his church and leading numerous mission trips to Mexico and Central America. Binger has taken over 500 hours of CE/Additional education over the past five years and will continue to self educate as he believes any leader should.
Why does Binger wish to be a Director:
Binger would like to serve on the Northwest Ohio Realtors Board of Directors because he would like to increase his ability to serve others in the real estate industry. He entered this incredible industry on September 9, 2014, and it has become one of his life’s passions. Since entering the industry, Binger has taken over 500 hours of additional education, acquired his broker license in Ohio and Michigan, started a team and also became a real estate coach with Jared James Coaching. He believes a position with Northwest Ohio Realtors would continue to increase his understanding of the local, regional and national real estate industry while giving him the ability to serve others in the process. Binger looks forward to having the opportunity to serve his Realtor community.
