TRAR Committees Chaired: Donna is new to TRAR as a part of the dissolving Northwestern Ohio Board of Realtors. Previously, she has served in every position – including executive officer for the Northwest Ohio Board.

Describe current and past community involvement: Donna served as president for the Eagles Auxillary for the last five years. She is the past president this year and has helped with the YMCA Festival of Trees, and volunteered time at Nazarene Church for their Super Kids program.
Financial Oversight Experience: Donna has served as the treasurer of the Northwest Board, served on the Audit Committee for Eagles Auxilary and has operated her own small business.
Government Affairs Experience: She has volunteered for the Defiance County Board of Elections, and served on the Government Affairs committee of her former board.
Communications Experience: She was personally responsible for the newsletter publication and Facebook page of her former board.
Strategic Planning Experience: Donna sat on the Strategic Planning committee for her former board.
Technology Experience: She has taken many state-sponsored tech classes over the past five years, but admits that technology is not always her strong suit.
Real Estate Trends Experience: Donna has supplied information to local news media for the past 15 years as an Executive Officer of the Northwestern Board and given interviews as well.
Leadership Experience: She is the past president of the Northwestern Ohio Board of Realtors, a member of Defiance Eagles Auxillary and AmVets. She was also the past Executive Officer of her former board.
Why does Donna wish to be a Director: Donna has been very active in her former board for 30 years. Now that she is becoming a part of TRAR, she wants to maintain her involvement as well as indicate to others in her area that they will play a vital role in the newly organized agreement with Toledo and that they will only get out of it what they put in.
