Question: Do I have to enter a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) listing into the MLS for comparable purposes if I represented the buyer and/or seller?

Answer: No, you are not required to enter a FSBO into the MLS. However, you can if you would like to receive the production credit for it. There are specific instructions you must follow to avoid an MLS fine. Click here to download the instructions.
